The Assistant Recruitment Rules, 2024 for the Ministry of Home Affairs' Central Hindi Training Institute stipulate that there will be 20 posts classified as Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted, Ministerial, at Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400). The age limit for direct recruits is up to 30 years, with relaxations for government servants. 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, though qualifications may be relaxed for well-qualified individuals. The probation period is two years, including mandatory training for direct recruits. Individuals who marry someone with a living spouse are generally disqualified unless exempted by the Central Government. Recruitment will be 75% by promotion from Upper Division Clerks with ten years of service and 25% by direct recruitment. Promotion and confirmation are managed by respective Departmental Promotion and Confirmation Committees, and consultation with the UPSC is not required.
