The Central Government, empowered by the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, and after consulting the Bureau, has issued an amendment to the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024. This amendment, known as the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, will be effective starting December 24, 2024.
