Appointment of Adjudicating Authorities for Customs Show Cause Notice.

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has appointed specific officers to adjudicate the Show Cause Notice (No.12/2023 dated November 21, 2023) issued to M/s. Zenlayer Inc. and others. The officers designated for adjudication are Additional or Joint Commissioners of Customs from various regional offices, including Mumbai, Chennai, Lucknow, New Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Nagpur, and Indore. This notification will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
