The central government has authorized the "Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) - Balrampur" as the Competent Authority for the Khalilabad-Bahraich section of the New Line Project in Uttar Pradesh. This designation allows the officer to oversee the execution, maintenance, management, and operation of the project, starting from the date the notification is published in the official Gazette.
