The Central Government has amended the previous notification dated March 9, 1992, by appointing Ms. Deepti Gaur Mukerjee, Secretary of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as a Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India. This replaces Dr. Manoj Govil, the former Secretary of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
