Appointment of Officiating Director General of DGMS.

The Central Government has appointed Shri Ujjwal Tah, currently Deputy Director General of Mines Safety (Mining), as the officiating Director General of the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS). This appointment is effective from September 1, 2024, and will continue for six months, or until a permanent appointment is made, or until further notice.
