Authorization of Competent Authorities for Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur Rail Project.

The Central Government has designated specific officers as 'Competent Authorities' for overseeing the Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur Doubling Rail Line Project under the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008. This designation, effective from the date of publication, pertains to various sub-divisions and districts involved in the project. The appointed officers include:
1. Sub Divisional Officer, Sawai Madhopur – covering Sawai Madhopur District.
2. Sub Divisional Officer, Chauth ka Barwara – overseeing Chauth ka Barwara in Sawai Madhopur District.
3. Sub Divisional Officer, Niwai – responsible for Niwai in Tonk District.
4. Sub Divisional Officer, Sanganer – managing Sanganer in Jaipur District.
These authorities are tasked with the execution, maintenance, management, and operation of the rail project.
