The Central Government has issued a correction regarding land acquisition for a pipeline project in Mehsana District, Gujarat. This rectifies an error in a previous notification (S.O. No. 525(E) dated January 28, 2025) issued by the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, New Delhi, which declared the intent to acquire Right of User for laying a pipeline.

It has been discovered that the land records of the District Inspector Land Records (D.I.L.R.) in Mehsana office incorrectly listed Survey No. 108 instead of Survey No. 107 in Kaiyal village, Taluka Kadi.

Therefore, Survey No. 108 in Kaiyal village is now removed from the schedule of the original notification, and Survey No. 107 in Kaiyal village is added in its place.

All other details in the original notification remain unchanged. The pipeline is for "DRILL SITE ELN# 05 To NANDASAN GGS" in Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, Gujarat. The corrected entry for Kaiyal village specifies Survey No. 107 with a Right of User area of 00 Hectares, 07 Ares, and 65 Square Meters.
