The court in the matter of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited vs Kiran Textile and Others has acknowledged and accepted the consent terms dated 10th May, 2024, submitted by both the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 6, along with their respective legal representatives. The suit against Defendant No. 6 has been disposed of in accordance with these terms, and all undertakings specified within the Consent Terms have been accepted by the court.
