Credit Suisse AG has been removed from the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. This change was officially announced through Notification DoR.LIC.No.S1373/23.03.025/2024-25 on June 4, 2024, and was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) for the week of August 17-23, 2024.
