M/s. Mindspace Business Parks has now proposed to de-notify an additional 4.827 hectares of the SEZ. The Telangana State Government has issued a No Objection Certificate for this proposal, confirming that the de-notified land will align with state land use guidelines. The Development Commissioner of Visakhapatnam SEZ has supported this de-notification. Consequently, the Central Government, exercising its authority under SEZ rules, has rescinded the notification for the specified area, effective immediately, except for actions taken prior to this decision.
