De-notification of Land from Phoenix Spaces SEZ.

M/s. Phoenix Spaces Private Limited proposed establishing a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for IT and IT-enabled services at Puppalguda Village, Telangana, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. Initially, an area of 2.63 hectares and 3.14 hectares was notified. The company has now requested the de-notification of 4.37 hectares. The Telangana State Government approved this request, and the Development Commissioner recommended it. The Central Government has authorized the de-notification, leaving a remaining SEZ area of 1.40 hectares. The specific de-notified land is in Puppalguda Village, with details provided in the table.
