On July 30, 2024, the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) filed a Prosecution Complaint before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA) in Dehradun against Bharti Devi, a former Account Assistant at Multipurpose Kisan Sewa Co-operative Societies Limited, and her son Ravi Kumar, in connection with embezzlement of funds. 

The Court took cognizance of the complaint on August 3, 2024. The ED's investigation, initiated from an FIR by Vikashnagar Police, revealed that Bharti Devi manipulated records to misappropriate funds. Earlier, the ED had issued Provisional Attachment Orders for properties worth approximately Rs. 3.80 crore related to this case. Further investigation is ongoing.
