The Central Government has set August 16, 2024, as the effective date for the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023, specifically concerning the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972, as outlined in serial number 19 of the Schedule to the 2023 Act.
