The notification permits the export of 200,000 metric tons of Non-Basmati White Rice to Malaysia through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL). This decision is based on the provisions of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act 1992 and the Foreign Trade Policy 2023.
