The Central Government, exercising powers under Section 3A(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, has declared its intention to acquire land for the construction, widening, and maintenance of NH205K, spanning from Km 0 to Km 66.7 in Ludhiana district, Punjab. The specific land required is described in the schedule, including details of the affected plots in the villages of Mangat and Kasabad.
Interested parties can file objections to the land acquisition within 21 days of the notification's publication in the Official Gazette. Objections must be submitted in writing to the District Revenue Officer of Ludhiana, who will provide a hearing and make a final decision on the objections.
