Mumbai, July 18, 2024: The Ministry of Railways, Western Railways (Construction Organisation), has initiated the acquisition of land in Kheda district, Gujarat, for the construction of a 2-lane Road Over Bridge (ROB) at Km 444/0-2 between Varodara-Geratpur sections of Vadodara Division. The project aims to improve railway infrastructure.

The notification, S.O. 2795(E), allows interested parties to raise objections within 30 days from the publication in the Official Gazette. Detailed land plans are available for inspection at the Competent Authority's office in Nadiad. This move underscores the government's commitment to enhancing railway connectivity while ensuring transparency and addressing public concerns.
