Intent to Acquire Land for Talere-Gaganbawada-Kolhapur Road (NH-166G) Rehabilitation and Upgradation.

In accordance with section 3A(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, there is a notification of the intention to acquire land for the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Talere-Gaganbawada-Kolhapur Road (NH-166G) in Maharashtra. This involves the stretch from Ch. 6/00 Km to Ch. 11/00 Km and Ch. 19/300 Km to 35/300 Km, totaling 21.00 Km, to convert it to a 2-lane paved shoulder configuration.

 

 

Interested parties have 21 days from the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette to submit objections under section 3C(1) of the Act. Objections must be addressed to the Sub Divisional Officer, Kankavli, and should detail the grounds for objection. The Competent Authority will consider all objections and may hold hearings before issuing a final decision, which is not subject to appeal.

Schedule of Affected Land:
- The land affected includes various plots in the Taluk of Vaibhavvadi, Village Nadhawade, encompassing both agricultural and private Varkas land. The total area to be acquired is 1.731 hectares.
