The Central Government, under the powers granted by the Railways Act, 1989, and its Amendment Ordinance of 2008, intends to acquire land for the Miyagam Karjan-Lakodara Flyover Connection Line Project in Vadodara District, Gujarat. The land, as detailed in the schedule annexed to the notification, will be acquired for the construction of this special railway project. Interested parties may raise objections regarding the land acquisition within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. Objections should be submitted in writing to the Competent Authority at the designated office in Karjan, Vadodara, and will be heard either in person or by legal representative.
