Mehraj Kaddan Khan, a resident of Mumbai, is at the center of a disturbing legal case. A bail application filed in court details accusations that Khan subjected his niece to sexual abuse for a period of nine years. The victim's father, currently working in Dubai, reportedly found a notebook containing harrowing accounts of the alleged abuse.

The contents of the notebook depict a prolonged nightmarish ordeal for the victim, describing sexual abuse that began when she was a young child. Khan's wife is also named as an accomplice in the accusations. According to the bail application, the abuse has taken a significant toll on the victim's mental well-being.

Khan maintains his innocence and vehemently denies all accusations. The court is presently deliberating on the bail application, and no verdict has been reached.
