Notification of Land Acquisition for Prayagraj-Kanpur Central Railway Project.

The Central Government, under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989, has declared its intention to acquire land for a special railway project. This project involves constructing a two-lane road-over-bridge (ROB) at kilometer 838/7-9, replacing level crossing no. 4 between Bamrauli and Manauri Stations, in Prayagraj District, Uttar Pradesh.
Interested parties may object to this land acquisition within 30 days of the official Gazette publication. Objections should be submitted in writing to the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Prayagraj. The Competent Authority will consider these objections and may hold hearings before making a final decision.
The land details and plans are available for inspection at the Competent Authority's office. The schedule provides a detailed breakdown of the land to be acquired, including area sizes and specific plots across various villages and tehsils in Prayagraj District. The total land area to be acquired is approximately 1.8340 hectares (18,341.9653 square meters).
