Notification on Toll Rates and Collection for National Highway No. 927-A in Rajasthan.
14 August 2024
The Government of India has authorized the State Government of Rajasthan to manage National Highway No. 927-A, and in turn, the Central Government has imposed a fee structure for using this highway. The fees are based on vehicle type and road section specifics, with rates differing for four-lane and two-lane with paved shoulder sections. For example, cars are charged 0.65 rupees per kilometer, while heavier vehicles like multi-axle vehicles face higher fees.
Fees will be collected at specific plazas, with adjustments for sections involving structures longer than 60 meters. There are provisions for monthly passes and discounted rates for local non-commercial vehicles. Overloaded vehicles must pay additional fees and remove excess loads to use the highway.
The National Highways Authority of India will calculate and publish updated fees annually. The estimated capital cost of the project is approximately 240.99 crore rupees, subject to change based on ongoing developments.
