The Central Government, using its powers under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, and after consulting the Bureau, has issued an amendment to the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024. This amendment, known as the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, will take effect on December 24, 2024.
