Public Notice: Land Acquisition for NH-701 Widening Project in Jammu & Kashmir.

The Central Government, under the National Highways Act, 1956, intends to acquire land for the construction, widening, and maintenance of NH-701 from Km. 0+000 to Km. 13+000 (Rafiabad-Kupwara-Chowkibal-Tangdhar-Chamkot Road), located in the Baramulla district of Jammu & Kashmir. The notification provides details on the land required, which includes a total area of 0.4631 hectares spread across several private plots in the village of Delina.
Interested parties have 21 days from the publication date to submit objections to the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) and Land Acquisition Officer in Baramulla. Objections must be in writing and will be reviewed by the Competent Authority, who will make a final decision after considering all submissions. The land plans and acquisition details can be reviewed at the office of the Competent Authority.
