The Central Government has amended previous notifications regarding Special Economic Zones by updating the name of the developer. Instead of "M/s. GIFT SEZ Limited," the developer should now be listed as "M/s. Gujarat International Finance TecCity Company Limited" in the notifications issued on August 18, 2011, and July 6, 2023. This change is made under the powers granted by the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and related rules.
