In accordance with the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) communication No. 36/01/2024-EO(SM-I) dated August 6, 2024, it is announced that Shri Amit Agrawal, IAS (CG:93), has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), effective the morning of August 7, 2024, with the rank and salary of a Secretary to the Government of India.
