Supreme Court Imposes Conditions on Bail Grant in Rape Case, Urges Expedited Trial.

However, the Court decided not to disturb the bail order but imposed conditions such as preventing the accused from entering the victim's village and contacting witnesses. The Court directed the trial to be expedited, ideally within three months. The decision emphasized the need for appropriate safeguards during the bail period.
