A recent petition has been filed by a wife seeking a transfer of the family court case from the Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family court located in Kukatpally Rangareddy District, Telangana. The petitioner has requested that the case be moved to the Senior Civil Judge's Court in Kandukur, Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh, or to any other competent court. 

After reviewing the arguments presented by both parties and examining the relevant materials, the court has determined that the reasons for the transfer are valid. Consequently, the case titled "Moola Sai Pavan v/s Kunam Shruthi" will be officially transferred to the Senior Civil Judge in Kandukur. The receiving court is empowered to handle the case directly or assign it to a qualified jurisdiction as deemed appropriate. 

To facilitate the transfer, all case records are to be promptly sent to the designated court. Additionally, the court has encouraged both parties to consider mediation as a means to reach a settlement. The transferee court will take steps to ascertain the preferences of both parties regarding mediation.

The parties involved are permitted to initially attend court sessions via virtual means. Should either party express the need for this arrangement, the court is expected to accommodate the request. If necessary, physical appearances may be mandated later on.

The transfer petition has been granted, and any pending applications related to the case will be resolved accordingly. This decision underscores the court's commitment to ensuring fair proceedings and accommodating the needs of the parties involved.
