On August 15, 2024, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) announced an extension for submitting comments on its Consultation Paper regarding the 'Framework for Service Authorisations Under the Telecommunications Act, 2023.' Originally, the deadline for written comments was August 1, 2024, and for counter-comments, August 8, 2024. Due to requests from stakeholders, TRAI has extended these deadlines to August 8, 2024, for written comments and August 16, 2024, for counter-comments.
