Unlocking Progress: Land Acquisition for 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg in Gonda.

The Central Government, under the powers granted by Section 3A(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, has declared its intention to acquire land in Gonda district, Uttar Pradesh, for the construction, maintenance, and operation of the 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg (PKG-V NH-227B), stretching from Km. 140.960 (Patranga) to Km. 160.200 (Bahuvan Madar Manjha). The affected land, which is primarily agricultural and government-owned, totals 1.0384 hectares.
Interested parties can raise objections within 21 days from the publication of this notification. Objections should be submitted in writing to the Competent Authority (SLAO, Gonda), who will review and address them. The decision of the Competent Authority will be final. The detailed land plans are available for inspection at the Competent Authority's office.
