A writ petition was filed under Article 226 of the Constitution and Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), seeking urgent medical intervention and relief for the petitioner currently on a hunger strike since November 1, 2024, while in custody.
